Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek has been an American actor for more than 20 years. She was known to portray Tiffany Wilson, in the 2004 comedy film White Chicks Danielle Brooks and Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's House. Anne Dudek was an American actor best known as Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 comedy White Chicks. She was also well known in the role of Dr. Amber Volakis of Fox's House as well as Danielle Brookson of USA Networks Covert Affairs. Dudek was raised within Massachusetts. She attended Northwestern University, where her debut performance as an actor was in a stage production was The Iphigenia Cycle. She was awarded the Joseph E. Caloway Award for her performance that stood out on stage in the New York City production. American Theater Magazine also featured Dudek as one of ten theater actors to be watched. Dudek was born in Boston Massachusetts in 1975 and was raised in Newton. When she was a child, she was a student at Northwestern University. She appeared in numerous theater productions and made her Broadway debut with Wrong Mountain. In the following year, she received the Connecticut Critics Circle Award in appreciation of her performance in The Glass Menagerie. She then appeared on television beginning with The Book Group, a British comedy-drama The Book Group. Since then, she's guest-starred in a variety of TV series including Desperate housewives, Friends of How I Met Your Mother Charmed Bones Six Feet Under and Desperate Housewives. In the pilot for Psych she was Lucinda as well as on Law & Order Criminal Intent an instructor who is having a sexual relationship and a fellow student. Dudek landed her first recurring part in House, portraying Amber Volakis. Her character was among the forty physicians Dr. Gregory House considered for regular roles in his team. Her character continued to appear throughout the season but was then removed from the show in the two-part finale Wilson's Heart and the Head of House. In episode 5 of the season Saviors, House would have the character reappear in a hallucination. The way she reappeared for the rest the of the Season. Dudek then appeared in the role of Francine her next-door neighbor on Mad Men and as Alby's antagonistic wife on Big Love. In 2010 Dudek joined the cast of Covert Affairs portraying Danielle Brooks the sister of the central character. In 2004, she played Tiffany Wilson, a cruise-line hero from White Chicks. She also appeared as the Anthony Hopkins daughter in The Human Stain.
